The role of the Agent's Staff Assistant is to help in the day-to-day service and sales activities of a fast-paced insurance and financial office.

Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet Customers as they enter our place of business.
- Assist in day-to-day activity by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

- Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
